Laughter Yoga at 18:00

Laughter Yoga is a revolutionary idea – simple and profound. An exercise routine, it is sweeping the world and is a complete wellbeing workout.

Anyone can Laugh for No Reason , without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group; with eye contact and childlike playfulness, it soon turns into real and contagious Laughter. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on a scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real Laughter. One gets the same physiological and psychological benefits.

Sharon Myerovitz is a medical clown and a Laughter Yoga Therapist, Sharon: 052-2288029.

19:45-21:15 Iyengar Hatha Yoga

The Iyengar method places special focus on developing strength, endurance and correct body alignment in addition to flexibility and relaxation. Standing poses are emphasized in this system of yoga. They build strong legs, increase general vitality, and improve circulation, coordination and balance. Iyengar hatha yoga is meditation in action.

Michael Milman teaches Yoga, Meditation and Reiki since 2006 in Israel and India .

Price: 45 NIS per lesson. Paying monthly for 2 lessons a week: 40 NIS per lesson.

Improve your posture, flexibility, while finding peace, quiet & balance in this hectic world!

A blending of Integral Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga in a dynamic progression of postures, deep relaxation, breathing practices and meditation, leading to a profound experience of peace and well-being which will strengthen and improve posture, flexibility and strength, while increasing mental alertness and concentration. Suitable for all levels. This class is taught by Rachel Kneitel who trained at Integral Yoga Institute in New York and has been teaching since 2002.

Feeling home in our body at 19:30

Our body is our home and through it we experience each moment of our lives. Therefore , we would like to feel free and comfortable in it.

Mindful movement, free and flowing is a wonderful method to look for the way of living in peace and joy with our body and let it be the home of our souls.
In this workshop we will experience guided exercises and free exercises with curious attention to the present moment. We will use imagery and let the movement lead us to peaceful surprising vibrant places with ourselves.

Tal Shani has a Master Degree in physical motion, she is a Shiatsu therapist, Saisheen-Kitaido practitioner and she is inspired by modern dance and Contact Improvisation.

18:30-20:00 Vipassana meditation – For beginners and advanced practitioners

Vipassana, insight meditation, is a Buddhist meditation practice for awakening and liberation. By being aware of the present moment, the practice of Vipassana meditation gives us understanding and acceptance of our nature and the nature of all things.

The practice is done by walking and by sitting while being aware of every sensation that is going through the body and mind and consciously naming it. In these classes you will be given clear instructions for the practise. Together we will discuss this method and our experiences.

Moran Cohen has practiced meditation for many years. She was travelling around the world looking for wisdom and practiced a long time Vipassana in a monastery in Thailand . She is a member of ‘Tovana'. For more information: Moran Cohen 054-2033323

18:00-19:30 - Dancing meditation - Kundalini Meditation

This is fun! And meditation!

Kundalini acts like an energetic shower, softly shaking you free of your day and leaving you refreshed and mellow. This meditation lasts for one hour and has four stages, three with music, and the last without.
